Refund Policy
As our products are perishable and fundraising sales directly benefit participating schools and organizations, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Spoiled Items
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or spoiled during transit, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. To ensure your satisfaction, please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the affected product.
Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery
Popped Fundraising is not responsible for:
Orders returned or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the purchaser
Inability of a recipient to receive the package on the scheduled delivery date
Packages left outside by the carrier after delivery
Because our products are perishable, if an order is returned to us for any of the above reasons, the contents must be discarded and no refund or reshipment will be issued.
Weather Conditions & Chocolate Products
Some of our popcorn flavors are made with high-quality chocolate. Please note that in warm weather, chocolate may melt during transportation. We are not responsible for melted chocolate or other heat-related damage.
Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been delivered to the correct address by UPS, FedEx, or USPS, we cannot guarantee how or when it is handled. To maintain freshness and flavor, we recommend making arrangements to receive your order promptly.
