✅ Popped's Fundraising Responsibilities

Provide marketing & promotional materials (flyers, banners, stickers)
Organize and fulfill all fundraising purchases
Provide detailed statistics and sales information
Purchase all promised incentives & prizes (when selling requirements are met)
Deliver all orders sorted by student, teacher & grade
Tally and keep record of all order forms and sales (returned on delivery day)

📢 School/Org Promotion ResponsibilityThe school/organization is responsible for promoting the fundraiser across all available channels, including newsletters, posters, morning announcements, social media, and handouts.

📋 Order Form AccuracyThe school/organization is responsible for collecting and ensuring all order forms are completed clearly and legibly.

Teachers or designated staff must review forms prior to submission
Illegible or incomplete forms may result in processing delays
Popped Fundraising is not responsible for inaccuracies from unreadable handwriting

💰 Funds ReviewSchool/Organization must review order forms and confirm they received the appropriate amount of funds for orders placed.

🏆 Honor Incentives & PrizesSchool/Organization will collaborate and honor all incentives and prizes previously agreed upon.

📦 Pickup Space & StaffingThe school/organization will provide ample space and staff members/volunteers to monitor pickup of popcorn from participants.

💵Revenue Share: The Organization/School will receive 40% of all fundraising sales revenue, excluding shipping costs.
