Most groups run their sale for 2–3 weeks, but you can choose what works best for you. Once it ends, we’ll process all orders, organize the deliveries, and get everything to you on your designated delivery day.

Yes! We fully cover the cost of student prizes.
You can select from our curated prize list or submit your own custom ideas. As long as it’s reasonable, we’ll cover the cost.
At the end of your fundraiser, we deliver all the prizes along with the popcorn. You’ll also receive an organized Excel sheet showing exactly which student or participant earned which prize — making it easy for you to hand them out.

Shipping orders are typically sent out the next business day after the fundraiser ends.
Pick-up orders are delivered about 2 weeks after your fundraiser closes.You’ll select your preferred delivery date during setup — and we’ll handle the rest from there.

Yes — we offer shipping across the continental U.S. (lower 48 states).
Supporters can place orders online and have them shipped directly to their door — perfect for out-of-town friends and family.Please note: We currently do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order size. -
Yes — every group gets access to a real-time Student Sales Leaderboard and Sales Tracker to help build momentum and excitement throughout your fundraiser.
The Leaderboard highlights top-selling students for some fun, friendly competition
The Sales Tracker shows your group’s total progress in real time
Everything updates automatically with each online sale

At the end of your fundraiser, we’ll also send you an organized Excel spreadsheet that includes:
